1. MEDICAL
Hospitalization as a result of Accident with admission of not less than THREE nights:
Under this division, a member shall be entitled to welfare benefit of up to KShs 20,000 (twenty thousand only).
Hospitalization as a result of illness with admission of not less than THREE nights.
Under this division, a member shall be entitled to welfare benefit of up to KShs 10,000 (Ten thousand only)

2. Child Birth
For every normal birth Under this division, a member will be entitled to a gift of up to KShs 10,000(Ten thousand only) from the kitty.
In case of still birth, the member will be entitled to Ksh. 25,000 (Twenty-Five thousand Only) from the kitty.

3. Weddings
Under this division, a member who is wedding shall be entitled to a benefit of up to KShs 10,000(Ten thousand only) from the kitty.

4. Retirement Benefits
Upon attaining Mandatory retirement age and a member seizes to work/retires from employment, the member shall be entitled to a retirement benefit package of up to KShs 50,000 (Fifty thousand) executed as per below period of service/membership.
Requirements
A minimum of 10 years of service to the company for the founding members of the welfare group.
A minimum of 15 years of service to the company for any new member above 45 years of age at entry to the group.
5. Death
This is subject and in reference to the last respect insurance scheme compensation/benefit of which all group members belong. Payment to be made to the listed beneficiary/dependant after the underwriter settles the claim
