Requirements To Join

1. Membership is compulsory to Telematics Africa Ltd staff.
2. Be aged 18 years and above.
3. Be a person of a sound mind.
4. Be willing to abide by all the rules and regulations of the Group.
5. Every member of the Group shall, on becoming a member, pay the Group a non-refundable registration fee of K.sh. 500 (five hundred Kenya shillings) or such other fee as may be prescribed.
6. Every member will be required to pay a monthly contribution of not less than Ksh. 2,000.00 (Two thousand Kenya shillings) as shares or such other fee as may be determined by the General Meeting of the Group from time to time.
7. In case of a work station transfer one does not cease to be a member, he/she can terminate his/her membership.
